If this AKC pure bred dog does not have your veterinarian's approval, please return to breeder/seller's premises with the period of time designated above for a  replacement puppy. If this dog develops a serious hereditary disease specifically leg perthes or liver shunt from (1) one year of purchase, another puppy shall be given as a replacement when one becomes available. No Refund's

 

Breeder/Seller and Buyer certify by signing this bill of sale that this dog is not sold for resale purposes. The breeder shall be notified if it is necessary for this dog to change hands and right of first refusal will be given to the breeder/seller.

All shipping cost will be buyers responsibilty

(breeders initials will show intention) To the best of my knowledge, this pure bred dog is in good healthy condition.

If this dog is being bought as Pet Quality only, then buyer must agree to have the dog spay/neutered. AKC  registration will be provided to the buyer once proof of  spay/neuter has been received and verified with the buyers vet. It is this breeders advice the dog be spayed between 
6 - 8 months as this is when the dog usually has double canines and they can be pulled at the same time .

Have your veterinarian check the puppy teeth at 6-8 months to remove the retained puppy teeth. Please DO NOT  USE LEPTO in puppy shots or ADULT BOOSTERS. This breeders VETERINARIAN prefers to use Isoflurane gas anesthesia if surgery is required. We also recommend a blood panel to insure liver is functioning correctly before any surgery.  Injectables must be used only with great care and breeder assumes no liabilities for consequences when injectable anesthesia is used, and the veterinarian is to use care in intubating this toy dog so as not to damage the trachea by using a tube that is too large.

THIS BREEDER WILL REPLACE THIS DOG IF IT DIES  up to one year from date of birth DUE TO ANY  Life Threatening HEREDITARY PROBLEMS IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET.  Buyer must consult with Breeder within 24 hours of any illness and follow advice of Breeders Veterinarian. Under no circumstances is Seller to be held responsible for medical services not authorized by the Seller. Buyer must have any autopsy performed by the Breeder's Veterinarian or Breeder's Vet of choice within 24 hours of death  Breeder will not be held responsible

for any vet bills incured  This warrant does not cover any illness that can be veterinary corrected or surgically corrected

. ALTERING is a surgery done by a veterinarian that renders the animal unable to produce offspring.

.We do not warrant against  color size conformation reproductive abilty . testies being retained  potty training ability  or temperment after puppy leaves here the warranty does not cover common conditions such as  improper bite teeth being retained   thin coat  hypoglycemia  parasites luxating patelle ,puppy will be checked for this before it leaves my home   coccidia  or any minor problems that can be corrected with first  veterinarian visit please make sure your puppy always has fresh water to drink and proper nutrition at all times  we feed royal canin for yorkies please do not leave said puppy alone in a crate for over two hours at a time if possible.

. Although this puppy is vaccinated against Parvo Distemper  Adenvoirus Parainflenze and bordetella no warranty is given against these diseases due to the unpredictable nature of these diseases  We ask that you do not put said puppy out side on the ground untill third shot has been given and at least 16 weeks of age these puppies have been raised inside to be protected against all above. 

. Please read this warranty carefully  so you understand all that is offered  on your purchase of said puppy  there will be no Verbal agreements between said parties  unless written in warranty.

. Breeder has the right to confiscate any dog and puppies if said dog is found to have been bred and this is a limited contract

with no breeding right's and all reg papers will be turned over to breeder. any default of this contract  will result in a fine of $5000.00

 

. Any issue's that arise will be handled strickly by this contract. No Exception's

. Failure to abide by this contract will result in legal action in the county of lincoln state of kentucky
